How lates are counted

Office hours10:00 to 19:00. Arriving up to 10:30 is on time.
Late and graceIn-time after 10:30 is late. The first 3 lates in a month are grace.
Penalised lateFrom the 4th late onwards, each late deducts half a day's salary.
Missed punch and absentIn-punch with no out-punch is a missed punch. No punch on a working day is absent.
WeekendsSaturday and Sunday are always off, whatever the machine recorded.
Codes½P is a half day. WO is a weekly off.
